What is Pro?
Working Document Helper Pro unlocks additional capabilities on top of the free version. All colour coding functionality — adding, removing, customising colours, and processing tables — is available for free. Pro adds agreement processing for more advanced document workflows.

Accept Agreements
The headline Pro feature. Accept Agreements processes underlined text in your document:
- Underlined text is treated as agreed — formatting is stripped and the text is normalised to plain black.
- Underlined + strikethrough text is treated as rejected — the text is deleted from the document entirely.
This automates a process that would otherwise require manually reviewing and editing every paragraph. See Accepting Agreements for a full walkthrough.
Clean Document
The Pro tab provides a single-action Accept Agreements button that processes the entire document in one pass. Progress is shown in the status bar with an estimated time remaining.
How to upgrade
Visit the Pro tab in the Working Document Helper task pane for information on upgrading your licence. After purchasing, your licence status on the Profile tab updates automatically on next sign-in.
